Agreement

These terms cover the use of Stampify by a business. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of that business.

Your account

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials safe.
• Staff you invite act on your behalf. Cashier PINs should be shared only with the staff who need them.
• You must provide accurate business information.

Loyalty programmes

You decide the stamp targets, rewards, and rules of your campaigns, and you are responsible for honouring the rewards you advertise to your customers. Stampify records stamps and rewards but is not a party to the promise you make to a customer.

Plans and payment

• The Free plan is available with the limits shown on the billing page.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in EUR and renew until cancelled. Prices shown may exclude tax where applicable.
• Cancelling stops future renewals. Access to paid features continues to the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Do not use Stampify to break the law, to issue rewards you do not intend to honour, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Availability

We work to keep Stampify available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and outages can occur.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using Stampify at any time. We may suspend an account that materially breaches these terms.
